The DAB1 plugs in between the standard female antenna connection from the radio and the male lead coming from the standard AM/FM antenna. The DAB plug connects directly to the corresponding female receptacle on the radio. Then simply connect 12-volt positive and ground to the adaptor. Now your DAB enabled radio can receive DAB/DAB+ transmissions (NOTE: This is an adaptor and not a convertor. The radio must be capable of receiving DAB).
